Anyone who has done an amount of diary reviews understands that the PPM system is better... the issue is the fact that the implementation is not MRC accredited save in Houston and the IE.

And the person who wrote down listening to a show for 3 hours in the morning really listened for about 47 minutes.

My problem with the Diary system is that it was taken as the gospel truth. Now, the PPM will be taken as the gospel truth. I'm not sold on the methodology for Diary placement anymore than I am on PPM placement.

I only accept that the data received that the PPM device is a acurrate as possible given the circumstances. And since not all the players are participating, it's not accurate.

Since the PPM is a panel, the data is dynamically balanced each day. That's something that the diary method could not do, since the daily/weekly sample was way too small.
