Ken...2 different things....people on this site and people in the biz are 2 very different things and have got to stop being equated as the same thing.

As 2008 market predictions go, this is probably a fairly safe one, but I'll go ahead with it:
I think at least one, or possibly both stations of the ADD Radio Group / Cumbre duopoly will get sold off......with the more likely sell-off candidate being 1320 WARL.
I would think 990 would be a much tougher sell.

Different how? Most of the people on this site are in the Biz. They just post under aliases.
They may be in the biz...but that is with a lower case b. They are not decision makers and most that do post here are posers and wannabes/never-weres. Other than David O'Leary, I don't know of any other decision maker that is posting here.....and I haven't seen Dave post in months.
I know there are others that do post here that are in employ of stations; but I haven't seen them post a comment re 990 either way and those that do are out of the market-Dave Gardiner for instance
