If Ms avenger cares to answer it's her prerogative, of course. As for me, no, I'm not psychic but I had a feeling that something was up from recent events and that was confirmed through reading the filing for the sale. In short, I saw the Korean connection. In the agreement it was noted that the LMA would take effect today and continue until the consummation of the deal.

42 years, give or take, was a great run and as a long time fan of Soul 73 ("Soul Sockin' 73" way back when, too) and the great people who were there throughout its history I'm really sad to see it go.
