Predictions for 2018 for the Boston-Manchester-Providence markets

Good prediction, blackgold. I predict that because of the spectrum changes in the Boston/Providence/Manchester areas and the construction permits the stations have to increase antenna power, height and use non-directional signals, many TV stations in the markets will be easier to receive over a wider range away from their transmitters. This information is available at the fccdata.org site powered by rec. However, also due to more channel sharing, there may be a few digital sub-channels (like Get, Charge, Retro, Fox M! for example) that were lose some affiliates because there is not enough digital spectrum.

This sort of thing has already started happening. When WLWC in New Bedford began sharing spectrum space with Block Island's WPXQ, both Decades and Movies! disappeared in the New Bedford / Providence market.
