.9: DAVE-FM will resurrect the old Z93 name, hire Steve McCoy for mornings, and flip to Hot AC. Neil Millman will program the new Z until he has a conflict with management when he insists on scheduling two Fergie tracks per hour, every hour.
.1: Star 94's new morning show will improve the 18-34 numbers and the station will drift in a true CHR direction. However, they will blow off their older female listeners, who will find the morning show and new music mix too juvenile. Kelly & Alpha and Steve McCoy will benefit.
.9: The Bull will rebound, not because of the music but due to a resurgent Atlanta Braves team, who will make the playoffs on the strength of the Smoltz/Hudson/Glavine trifecta.
.5: The Beat will continue to "pitch up" by two percent. Their jocks will be allowed to say "dawg" only three times per airshift.
.1: Project's new morning show will improve the numbers in AM drive, and the disappearance of 99X will help the rest of the day.
.1: The River will still be new. The music will still be old. The billings will still be high.
.5: B98.5 will mount a successful grass-roots campaign to reclaim its designation as the #1 station for listening at work. The victory will be celebrated by playing The Fray for 24 hours straight.
.7: Q100 moves here. Shotgun Sean and Leslie Fram apply for Social Security.
.5: Flips to all-news.
.5: The guys will wear big hats and goatees. The girls will wear tight jeans and high heels. Kicks will continue to be the country market leader.
.3: V103 will successfully thump another year.
.3 and 105.7: For the third year in a row, I still will have no idea what the hell they're saying on there.
/WGST: Will go dark when someone at Clear Channel realizes it's still on.
/WSB: Chris Krok will get a syndication deal as Clark Howard resigns to run for mayor of Atlanta.
