I haven't heard a Predators game on WNSR yet, and there are rumors that Pete Weber wouldn't be on those broadcasts due to his contract with Cumulus.

So is he on 560 or not?

Yes, he is. In fact, he is currently working out a deal to do a sports talk show on 560.

WGFX is actually producing these broadcasts and feeding them to WNSR.
______________

To be precise, WGFX produces all the games, and sends them via ISDN
to TRN for satellite distribution as the Preds Network. WNSR airs
only the games WGFX can not clear due to scheduling conflicts, and
takes the TRN satellite feed. There have been two games on WNSR to date.
Also, WNSR talent is used for the pre-game and post-game shows on
the events WNSR carries.
FYI, TRN is the satellite distribution source for UT, VU, & MTSU.
______________
but wait...there's more!

To this point I like the 560 pregame package better than the Zone's package. The post game is extremly more informative and opinionated. The Zone packaging is very company line and stale.

Can someone explain to me why Vanderbilts radio broadcasts have drop outs that you don't hear on other radio broadcasts. There were numerous drop outs in the audio during the football game today. I've heard it in basketball too.

I don't hear the same drop outs in other sports broadcasts.

I do hear these similar drop outs in the live remotes that the Zone has.

Why are they having a problem. It is very annoying.
