Premium Choice AC goof?

Currently streaming both Star 105.7 out of Grand Rapids, MI, and 101.5 The River out of Toledo, OH, which both run Premium Choice programming wholesale overnights, and am noticing it's all '60s and early '70s hits being played for some reason. It went from Neil Diamond's "Cracklin' Rosie" into the Rascals' "People Got to Be Free" into the studio version of Paul McCartney's "Maybe I'm Amazed," and now they're playing Tom Jones' "It's Not Unusual." The AC songs showing in the "now playing" link aren't being heard on the air. I know it's not the Premium Choice Oldies or Sunny Radio feeds I'm hearing because those playlists are different. Also, it is jockless and automated.

Yet when I go to the Premium Choice "Soft Rock" channel on iHeartRadio, it's the normal AC format, with Maureen McClain hosting and none of those '60s/early '70s classic hits. For some reason, Premium Choice AC programming isn't getting to (at least some of) the stations that air it and they're airing this automated oldies/classic hits mix instead.

What is going on here? Is this a technical error or something?

***Addendum:*** Just checked "Fresh 100" WNIC Detroit and they are also airing the automated oldies. 103.1 WNDH Napoleon, OH, however, has the normal Premium Choice AC, so why are some stations getting it and not others? ???

Second Addendum: Must be a web stream issue, as I just checked WNIC over the air and they are playing Lady Gaga which lines up with PC AC, so the oldies programming isn't being heard on the terrestrial stations. However, the web stream is playing "Wild Night" by Van Morrison. Still has me scratching my head.

They stream "classic" AC over the internet, and put up the regular format on their on air feed. WLTW in NY, despite being local, does this, calling it "Classic Lite in the Overnight" on the web, and airing their normal AC format with Victor Sosa on air.

I noticed several CC's ACs including WMGF, KSNE, WLTW, KOST, KESZ, KODA, and WASH have been doing this since July. I don't think this even has to do with CC's PC Oldies / Classic Hits nor CC's PC AC, it's probably a totally different feed CC is using. What I noticed is that the song info displayed on their iHeartRadio player online and their iHeartRadio app on mobile devices seems to be displaying what the station is actually playing over the air, not what their Oldies / Classic Hits feed is playing depending on the station. Yes.com is the proof to that!

I know that:
WMGF (Magic 107.7) flips their online stream to (Classic Magic) from 12-5AM EST.
KSNE (Sunny 106.5) flips their online stream to Oldies / Classic Hits from 12-(5?)AM PST.
WLTW (106.7 Lite FM) flips their online stream to (Lite Classic) from 1-(6?)AM EST.
KOST (103.5) flips their online stream to Oldies / Classic Hits from 2-(7?)AM PST.
I don't know what time the other ones I listed above begun and ended at each night, but I believe all the stations I listed above flips their online stream to Oldies / Classic Hits each night.

It seems like CC has been using this method to block out their actual AC streams over each night. Possibly due to licensing issue with streaming their live AC stations online?
