Premium Choice coming to 102.5's?

There are many, many others, but Clear Channel has AC's WMAG/Greensboro, WLYT/Charlotte, and WBBQ/Augusta, GA all hooked up to the same "premium choice" nationalized AC feed - I wonder how much longer it will be until WMYI and WXLY start running it? Sad that heritage ACs like the ones I mentioned aren't even programmed locally anymore, it's like a satellite format musically but is localized with liners, different talent, etc. I believe it's programmed by someone from NYC.

I'm not sure if it's 24/7 on the stations, but WLYT and WBBQ are almost always playing the same songs at the same time. I know many other AC's that CC owns are doing this. Around Christmas WMYI and WLYT would play the same songs at the same time.

Might be part of the reason K 104.7 in Charlotte is beating Lite. K does sound better and even during Christmas.
I've been noticing that.

I bet they'll slap it on My102.5 in Greenville soon, but I would hate for them to because I like a lot of the 70s and 80s songs they play that Magic doesn't. WBBQ in Augusta played a lot of good older stuff like MY until Premium Choice came along, now it's a lot more new music and an even more boring playlist.
