Prescott Translator Application K234CF

Broadcasting atop Mt. Francis tends to cover Prescott itself rather poorly yet
the signals seem to reach unintended areas quite well. My "guess" would be
that approval would limit future broadcasts in a large area of Northern Arizona.

Increased overlap to co-channel KGXL, an Auction 109 that had a recently granted CP mod.

The applicant switched from 94.7 to 100.3 in the new paperwork before the FCC. This should work much better. The antenna is now a SCA CA2-CP two-bay at 200 watts ERP versus a CA5-FM/CP/RM at 250 watts in the dismissed application. The CA-2 has a smaller backside signal pattern.
