PRO-JO survey

Anyone else find it amusing that a good part of the people writing down comments Hate John Depetro and want him off the air but only like 10 % want Buddy on Middays with Mornings, afternoons and off the air hubbering around 30%.It makes no sense.

no offese but this thread makes no sense. where are you getting your numbers? i'm excited about buddy getting on the air so the % on this thread just jumped to 50% in favor. it's one thing to have an agenda, but its another thing posting numbers that are baseless

ProJo GENIUS

THE most-diabolical ProJo survey?
When I tell the story to radio people around the country, they can't believe it.

IN FEBRUARY -- when the ABC (Audit Bureau of Circulation, "the Arbitron of newspapers") is auditing -- ProJo asks readers to name the top station/radio show. And they tie-in a charity. So -- as-if stations weren't already doing "VOTE FOR US!" jumping jacks -- it'd be politically incorrect NOT-to.

And photocopy ballots aren't allowed. So, stations tell listeners, to vote, you need to clip-out the ballot...BUY ANOTHER COPY.

The newspaper harnesses the power of radio to build a business case for advertisers-using-the-newspaper-instead-of-radio.

DIABOLICAL.

The definition of HUBBERING

The following is the definition of "hubbering", from Webster:

"No definitions were found for hubbering"
"No definitions were found for hubber"

And just in case there was a spelling error:

"No definitions of "huber" were found in English, definitions of huber found in German: Huber (auch Hueber, Huemer) nannte man Bauern, die als Grundbesitz das Ackerland einer Hube (niederdeutsch Hufe) besaßen... which translates to: farmers who possessed the field as landed property". Perhaps Kenny was speaking German??

Ok... so I guess Nobody has the heart to tell Kenny that the word is HOVERING. Hey... it's ok. My Best friend in elementary school thought the name of the actress was OAT MEAL until someone told him that it was HOPE BEEL.

These things happen.

The "space" between make and call should have been a /
