Problem at Hall of Fame?

Anybody know what's up with the Radio Hall of Fame? I know there was a splash with the Governor and Mayor applauding their new museum but according to the Radio Hall of Fame's rules and bylaws 2011 nominee's should already be announced and voting should be going on now.
I'd ask them but there is no "contact us" on their website, but rather all the 2010 results.

What happened?
