problem with "25-seven" delay

We just installed a 25-Seven delay. http://www.25-seven.com/

It was working fine yesterday, but this morning, when I tried to take it out of bypass mode, it would kill our signal. The program levels would stay the same but it would kill the broadcast signal...Completely - Dead Air.

Nothing has changed since yesterday, so I have no idea why this would be happening. Any ideas?
 
Perhaps you should ask the manufacturer.
Your problem may only be a configuration issue.
