problem with dspx-fm

could something have gotten loose when it was shipped back to you.??a card or maybe ribbon connector?i would check all the connectors and cards.Beware of static electricity.
 
and the package was in not very good contition i thing that fedex didnt do good job and i thing all this must have the fragile writen in the boxes
 
Are you showing any input? Email Scott or Goran,usually they will respond after hours.When i send stuff UPS or FED EX, i always write FRAGILE,THROW UNDERHAND on the box.(ha,joke get it??)

It's been my experience that the shipping gorillas abuse packages marked "fragile" a lot more than they do ones that don't say anything about the contents.
 
I've talked to bill over msn and this new issue is not with his dspx-fm he had a problem with before but with a new Xtreme he ordered. He says that the input meter is showing activity but not the output meter. This is strange to me because as far as I've tested with my Xtreme it doesn't matter which output you select. The output meter should always show activity. I don't know where the software hooks into the chain and shows activity but I don't think it has something to do with the outputs/inputs.

Hope that you get it back soon, I know you've been waiting a long time for this awesome box. You may think otherwise at this point but it will make up the waiting, I'm shure! ;)
 
yes i think that the boys in bw doing the best to get it back soon and ok.i have no complain from bw crew they trying to solve the problem as soon as posible.
 
You've had just a bit more bad luck than others would. Or the people at FedEx in Greece are not that gentle with handling boxes as they would with tourist girls on the beach. ;)
