Problem With WIP's Webstream

So I've been tuned into WIP's stream trying to listen to Cataldi & Co., and for the last twenty minutes, I have heard an endless loop of commercials, inserts, etc. Either the show is billing very, very, very well today, or there is a problem with the stream provider.
 
Anyone else experiencing problems with their stream today? It's been dropping throughout the day.
