Problems at COX's Head-End in CT

Apparently the nasty wind and rain is causing problems at COX's head-end. The signal of WSAH-43 has been poor all day and was even missing for a while. Right now their singnal (on cable) looks like when you're watching TV with a pair of rabbit ears and the antenna isn't tuned properly. The signal is in black and white, very fuzzy, and occassionally the picture jumps. I have the start of the problem pin-pointed to some time between 9AM and 11:15AM. I watched The New Zoo Revue without any reception problem from 8:30AM until 9AM. Then from 9AM-11AM I was watching Lifetime. At 11AM I went in the shower and when I came out 11:15 I turned on the TV and began channel surfering, while waiting for my ride to come. And that's when I discovered WSAH's poor signal. When I got home at 5:20 I turned on my TV and WSAH was missing all together. Then at 6:30 I was switching from WTIC (on Chnanel 6) to WCTX (on Channel 9) and I noticed WSAH (on Channel 8) was back with the poor signal.
