Problems With BOMBA 99.5?

It seems Red Wolf is having problems with the BOMBA feed on 99.5 FM. Thursday they were on the air, but they were running Dead Air. The stereo indicator on my Car Radio was still on. The BOMBA feed on 97.1 FM was fine. Then yesterday I think 99.5 was off the air all together. I wasn't getting anything at all on 99.5 and then later on I heard them back on but it seemed like a much weaker signal than normal in areas where they normally come in crystal clear.

Although that wouldn't explain why they were running Dead Air on Thursday, I wonder if the 99.5 antenna was affected by the Snow/Ice/Rain mess we got on Wednesday.
 
They filed for a license to cover for the new 99.5 W258AL site this past Tuesday, so they're probably in the process of testing/moving. They're leaving behind the West Peak site for 200 watts directional, just northeast of Waterbury, but much closer to that city.
