Problems with streaming of Clear Channel Stations?

I've been trying to listen to the streams of various Clear Channel Stations and they're all skipping. I've tried 4 so far - XMAS 97.5 Long Island, XMAS 96.1 Worcester, POWER 104 Hartford, and Philly 106.1 Philly. They're all skipping. The only Clear Channel stream that didn't skip was from Philly's RUMBA 104.5 FM.

I'm not having any problems with the streams of non-Clear Channel Stations, so I know the problem is not with my DSL.

The streams of these stations were fine: COX's Star 99.9 Bridgeport, Cumulus WEBE 108 Bridgeport, and Davidson's Oldies Station WOLT-FM Greenville.
