Producer Salary Question

Here is a question for everyone. I have an interview in a top 15 market to produce a radio show on a Hot AC station. (I am in a top 100 market now). What would a decent producer salary be??

I don't know for sure, but I do know that R & R puts out a average salary guide every year that breaks down the averages by position and/or market.... you may be able to see if you can get your hands on that
