Production file names

I'm setting up a new studio and going from carts (UGH) to computers. I need suggestions as to how to file the production for easy location & airplay. Already have some suggestions but always looking for a better idea. Part of the day will be automated if that matters. Thanks in advance for any help.
 
Try to avoid using unneccesary punctuation, underscores, etc. Some systems are extremely fussy and files with this in them simply wont play. Best of luck to you! Sometimes these projects can be like cutting grass with scissors!
