I apologize for cross-posting this to two different boards but I was not sure which would be most appropriate.

I'm preparing a custom demo for a short-form feature (IOW it's not going to include cuts of any actually aired segments/clips). I wanted to inquire what conventions there were for applying after effects? For instance, should I shop it around it as-is (as my voice is recorded) or should I add, for instance, Audition's {Effects} {Amplitude} {Dynamics Processing} {Radio} effect? Any other tips on production?
