Does anyone have a suggestion about purchasing a low cost production library with a good assortment of beds? (music, sound effects, special effects, etc) Your input would be great appreciated! Thanks!<P ID="signature">______________

It depends on what format you're looking for, and is it only buyout or cash that you are looking at or is barter available also. There are a many available for just buyout, check out avdeli.com they are shutting down soon so you need to jump on it for them. Also checkout alien-imaging.com, for a few libraries. You can also buyout some of the killerhertz Vol. 1-4 or they have killerhertz 5 which is available for cash, but it is updated daily. (I love the killerhertz libraries, they are excellent) Also shortbus from TMcentury has a weekly updates that are available via cash. Check them out at tmcentury.com, they too have buyout libraries, Big Fish (haven't use them but the demo sounds awesome, also at the right price) D/Generation, E/Generation, Machete Kutz, Savage Imaging, etc.

It is going to truly depend on market size, format and budget (how much you are willing to spend) So more background information would be helpful. Just my thoughts, let me know if you need anymore help or other suggestions.

I'm in the same boat as MattBAA. Looking for Production Library with ample 30 and 60 second music tracks for a classic country, oldies and News Talk stations in a small unrated market. The tracks need to be generic enough to fit all the formats. Needs to be buyout and shouldn't sound like it was created using a synthesizer in someone's basement at 3 am. That one I already have. To make it even more challenging I've not been given a budget to purchase said library.
*Sigh*
I am looking at the suggestions made so far on this thread. If anyone has more ideas please post them here - if it doesn't violate the rules - Your help in this matter is tremendously appreciated!
