Last night, October 12, the Sirius sports programming channels were advertising the Ranger game at 7PM on Channel 208 (for Best of XM customers). At 7PM, there was some NHL talk show on the channel. I called Sirius to inquire, they validated my claims and said they would get a note to programming to try and correct the issue. After 25 mins there was no change and I called back. They tried to convince me that I needed the 'Best of Package' and that nothing was wrong. I told the rep I had that package and asked to speak to a supervisor. The 'supervisor' refused to get on the phone, and when I questioned this the rep got nasty for a few seconds, then just put me on a 'permanent hold'.
Later on I checked channel 208 and the game was there. If I had any options, I would have canceled on the spot. The arrogance, incompetance and lack of professionalism just unbelievable.
