Progressive Urban Talk station approved in Vancouver

Roundhouse Radio received approval today to launch an English language specialty FM station with 80% Talk / 20% Music for Vancouver on 98.3 with 2,080 watts (6,000 watts maximum ERP). Antenna height will be -11 metres (EHAAT) with a directional radiation pattern. The station will be branded as ROUNDHOUSE RADIO.

The talk programming is described as being Progressive with an Urban slant while the music will consist primarily of Triple A-Folk-Acoustic selections.

Roundhouse Radio is controlled by Rick Pushor and Dave Daudrich of Kelowna.
