Promenade at Sagemore: Isn't that Judi Franco?

The Promenade at Sagemore commercial that's been airing (at least on Now 97.5) certainly sounds as if it's being voiced by Judi Franco, formerly of mid-days at New Jersey 101.5. I read an article where she certainly made it sound like she wants to be a stay-at-home mom. But I guess she's getting into voice-overs and such now? (Or is that not her? LOL.)

EDIT: Speaking of that, I'm pretty sure I used to hear some agency ads that Dennis Malloy did. I don't hear them anymore though. Am I crazy or did he used to do do voice work while holding down the 101.5 show?
 
Not sure about the Judi Franco commercial. But I also remember hearing Dennis Malloy on other commercials. He's done plenty of voiceover work. In fact, I think he was the voice of channel 29 back in the '80s.
