I've long thought that this country station is a better listen than most. WCTK plays a wider variety of songs than average, and are quick to offer new tunes. They also offer many recurrents and older songs.
An article in InsideRadio states that WCTK has the highest AQH of any country station in a large market. This year the Providence station had 5 consecutive months at over 10.0. The article also mentions 'CTK avoids many of the slower songs.
Pretty cool that Providence has such a special country radio station.
