Providence Arbitron Ratings

Arbitron...if a station doesn't buy the ratings service agreement, then the market is embargoed from having the numbers printed (proprietary property) so that the non buying/subscribing station won't get them for free....damn shame as it alos puts that station at a loss for what they actually could charge for spots if they knew.....
 
The reason is probably the shapely young WALE AEs with the high GED scores are proclaiming a WALE PPM victory in 2010 on the streets.
