Providence to Paradise

Is it me, or is WPRO always and forever in the middle of a "Providence to Paradise" promotion? This has been going on, if memory serves me correctly, for at least 4 years. Now, at least they've moved on from "Come flyyyyy with meeee," but seriously, doesn't the corner office have enough where-with-all to come up with a new promotion from time to time? And it would be one thing if it were a fun little once a year type thing, but come on, these PTP promotions last for WEEKS on end. I could be totally off here, and perhaps consistency is a good thing... Holland, I'm sure you'll let me know if that's the case...

And you don't think the "huge response" is from the same 70 year old P1's? You can't honestly tell me this does anything to build either cume... TSL, sure, but that was never much of an issue with them anyways...

It must, or they would undoubtibly find a better way to spend money on promotions.

With PPM coming, we've got to get out of the old way of thinking....as Holland will attest...appointment radio and familiarity RULE! Nothing wrong with a contest coming back time after time if it is working (and sponsored)

I agree. Don't fix what's not broken. People like familiarity.
