Pulse 87 Imaging

I believe it's Emma Clarke. She also did a voiceover for the London Underground from what I heard.
 
I've also heard her voice (an have the drops to prove it) earlier in this century on, of all stations, WDCG G-105 Raliegh Durham NC.

There was tropo last night, I got WCIB 101.9 in NJ last night. I've gotten Pulse 87 as far south as Atlantic City with little static, during a strong tropo opening.
It's amazing how far a station will travel with no interference.
