Pulse 87 came back online one snowy day in February at pulse87ny.com.
Yesterday I think Joel got access to the email database from Mega Media's Pulse 87, and sent out a message proclaiming that Pulse is back to all the P1s who signed up. On their Facebook page, it's like the rebirth of Pulse all over again.
