Pulse 87 TV Commercial

How about a billboard or taxi sign first... cause NY TV rates are sky high... any that commercial seems old and tired, much like what it implies ktu is.
 
I've seen this done in Baltimore back in the 80's and perhaps Pulse can do this.......

There was a contest for a station "96 Rock" in Baltimore where people painted 96 Rock on bedsheets, banners, whatever, and it was hung outside windows, as flags on their cars. Wherever you went in Baltimore, "96 Rock" was all over the place.
It may sound "corny" but this could be a promotion Pulse can do to get fans to spread the word about the station.
