Pulse 87's new website

Pulse decided to add some color to their website, redesigned it and now it sucks!!

I can't listen live without creating an account, the account I created isn't recognized. When you click on the remind me/forgot password, you get redirected to a link that says Coming Soon!!

So, Pulse, let me ask you... Do you want listeners? If so, could you make the online process just a wee bit easier? Yea, I'm slightly annoyed and Pulse, you're getting me THIS close to turning you guys off permanently and that's something I really don't wanna do.

Go to www.radiotime.com and click on United States and then click New York City and click on the Pulse stream. You have to download Active X in order to listen. It bypasses the Pulse website. Hope this helps.

Hmm, that's really odd that's your having that problem... I have several friends that listen to pulse online and so do I from time to time when I'm not near my stereo in my apt and I have to say, I have no problems whatsoever listening...I will admit though since they got this newly designed site going I've had to log in to be able to listen online, but short of that minor extra step, it's always recognized my ID so far and allowed me to listen and I'm talking to friends that are listening online right now too... so I'm not sure what's up on your end... sorry to hear you're having such a prob with it...

i've used that site on my winamp. at work though, my winamp hates me and so does my firewall. at least directly thru the site, it was much easier and more bearable. i'll just have to wait it out. whether at home or at work, it's been the same issue- the username is registered. i don't know. i'll figure something out.

WHOAAAA!!!

I did see the remake of Pulse's website and compared to the "green", the front page definitely looks better. However, the site is still a work in progress. Though if I am not mistaken with other radio stations streaming, they usually do ask for an account/password. If that isn't working, then it's a bug that the webmasters have to be made aware of (something tells me that the website is made elsewhere from the station so Pulse doesn't get the "blame" for that).

I now have to change the green on the unofficial site to the magenta now! :) But other than that, compared to what the site looked like before with that weird green and all, it is better and will only GET better as they further work with it.
 
It might be the browser your using. They're web site seems to be optimized for Internet explorer. If
your using firefox 2.0 or an equivalent you might experience difficulties. I hope this helps.
 
I had the same problem and found it easier to create another account. Now, I am able to log on fom the second account and I clicked to stay logged on so no more re-entering my password. Personally, I never give real infomation for any site that asked for personal info. So, I find these account set ups to be worthless and nothing but a nuisance as well.
 
As of this morning, the listen live link is working. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's the little things that make me happy. :)
