Pulse sounds better with Jewelz

And I dont mean with her on air because thats without say.. shes an amazing personality... But I mean musically, as the MD - the week she wasnt there, it was so noticeable in the music played.. In an instant shes back and theres more new music and a better mix of music...

Keep doing your thing Jewelz.. we love u!

I haven't heard her back at all, not even a scratchy signal in my apt or office for Pulse anytime I checked yesterday... :(

There are lengths where you'll just hear music and the sweepers with that female British voice. Just wait it out a bit during those cases. I guarantee, Jewelz will be heard on-the-air during her shift! ;)

::) She is also the music director? ahhhh... neat o. I was happy to hear a certain song yesterday for the first time on the station and it actually reminded me of her. I've noticed some fine tuning as of lately that had been lost. I have that excitement again .

Please....I don't think you'd notice any change in any radio station with someone not there in a week. You're giving her waaaaay tooo much credit!

nice set of racks and tracks :)

Pulse is beginning to irritate me. They're still playing too much of Ida Corr, they're not spinning the Bimbo Jones mix of Plumb's In My Arms, they prefer the sleepier mix and they're beating to death 75 Brazil St. When are they gonna expand their musical selection and throw in some good throw-backs excluding freestyle? If they're trying to be NY's dance music leader, then um, stop spinning such a tight rotation of tracks that grow old on people really quick.

I even went so far as to send a nice long email to Pulse with some nice and polite suggestions. I guess it fell on deaf ears. It would be nice to know that they're receptive to listeners.

They never touched Amber's Enough is Enough (the Solar city mix is nice) or the new track from Ferry Corsten "Radio Crash".

Im not a big fan of the new mixes of Plumb. I think most of the programmers steered away from it. Plus the Amber track, I dont think any station is playing the record now.

Tony, I could be wrong, but I think Mr. Case was sarcastically referring to the fact that the whole station isn't receivable where he is located. Unless I misunderstood.
