"Purple processor" replacement cards for Orban 8100

Hello to all engineers.

I'm looking for info regarding a set of replacement cards for the Orban 8100, wich called the " purple processor "
I think they were produced in the 90's
Does anyone have some information about these cards? Like a manual for instance?
Or, perhaps, does anyone have a set doin notthing in a storage?

Please let me know.
I would be most thankfull

Kind regards
Dennis

Are you sure you're not talking about the Cobalt Blue card? If so, I'd avoid it.

Try the digimod, I never heard of it until coming on here. Looks very interesting.

Or try the card 5, which was made by Texar?!? I think it was called the RCF-1. It's to be used when you have a multiband processor ahead of the 8100.

Dennis,
As the purple processor cards are 4 band,i would imagine they would sound similar(ish) to a set of prisms before the 8100a with the rcf card 5 fitted.
I would suggest also looking for an xt2 chassis as an alternative.

Thanks guys for the responses

I'm just curious to these cards. TO see what they look like, how they are build, for what reason and give them a try myself.
I allready have the Cobalt blue and RCF-1 card and, I was able to give a set of Digimod cards a try. I just wanted to complete the " replacement cards" cirlce.

And To Broadcast:
I have found an XT2 last year november.. ;D

I didn't like the RCF-1 or Digimod cards I had for my 8100. I never used the Cobalt. I am finding that simple adjustments with the stock cards and good support processors make the 8100 do its thing.
