Q-106 Reunion

I hinted in a thread a while back that 2010 will mark the station's 25th anniversary as Q106/WHDQ. Whether or not the current regime will recognize this on the air through the course of next year remains to be seen. I doubt they would participate in or officially sanction a reunion as half the old management/staff works for the competition now. At this point the I-man is their only "heritage" personality.

Is it true that the studio has been moved to the West Leb facility? The on-air hotline is now a West Leb (298) number. What's going on with the Claremont building?

Benny my 'ol boy! Studios have been moved for months now. Interested in a purchase??? ;D

From what I hear up here on the farm in Sharon, the 106.7 translator in Keene is running highly illegal, and they don't have access to any of the public files for the southern signals in the old empty and decaying claremont property. Same goes for the Fox in Rut-Vegas...

Think anyone will tip of the Feds?? Don't drop the soap Big Joe! ;D

Another Job Well-done!

Ms. Mary ;)

There were a lot of 'good radio vibes' in that building.. Ms. MMM good to see you back, thought you have been real busy up on the farm !!

Obviously it makes more sense for all stations to be in one building (West Lebanon). Still, a little sad to see the old Claremont facility on the market. Many great memories for me in that building... as I'm sure there are for a lot of Q alumni.

It is still to this day the only radio facility I've ever worked in where someone drove up on their John Deere tractor to pick up a prize ;D

With an ask price like 200K, even in this economy, building must be in awful shape.
