Q 94.5

Hey, hey, hey. You leave KISS alone, lol.

It's about the only thing I listen to in San Antonio, besides when I'm whirling the dial for some unfamiliar DX action.

Q 94-5 needs to make up it's mind and be a Classic Rock station or an Active Rock station.

I hate hearing Seven Mary Three followed by Foghat.

ETA: The reception is a whole lot more powerful than the FCC map indicates. I've heard it as far north as Port Aransas.

Q94.5 is trying to be the "All purpose Rock Station" since The RGV doesn't have a Classic Rock Station.

In 2003, Q94-5 was active only. Also, 92-7 was an active rocker. I miss those days.

It seems like there is a market for a classic rock station AND an alternative/active rocker in the Valley.

Q-94.5 does an excellent job of serving the rock audience for being the ONLY source for Rock in the RGV. Just as KTEX is an outstanding country station and tries to cater to all (classic, Texas-Red Dirt). When you're the only station of a broad format in the market you have several holes to fill and these 2 do admirably
