Q102 has not played CD's in many many years...I'm sure you heard something, but I'm confident it wasn't a stuck CD...

Everything you hear in this market is from a computer. Maybe a hard drive failed on their server causing the same effect as a stuck CD player. I didn't hear it though.

Are they running HD? If so, and they are doing the analog diversity delay in the HD exporter, it could have locked up. I've had this problem with both Harris and BE exporters. It keeps repeating the same second or so of audio.

I told you the live on air dj said it was the cd it was damaged and they did not know it. I would not lie. It was the Friday night request show. before she leaves to go to the ckub she goes too on Friday nights.

Truthfully, it was the disc. I did the request show for Q on Saturday nights several years ago using nothing but CD's. ENCO does burp from time to time, though. Anyway, knowing the music on the plateletes blew so horribly, I, the intrepid, field expedient jock, found a practical use for said recordings. I removed my shoes and socks and defoliated the bottoms of my feet. The Go Go's seemed to get under the skin much more effectively than, say, John Mayer. That, my friend, is why the CD got "stuck".

In defense of Rob, I imagine Holly was playing a request that wasn't dubbed into the computer system and she had to use a cd copy of the tune. I have to do that as well from time to time on the B. (And I've been snakebit by the same problem a time or two as well!)
