A poster on the New York Radio Message Board reports driving from NYC to the shore and hearing Q-102, which he calls "almost a carbon copy" of Clear Channel sister station Z-100 in New York - but with a "Philly flavor."
He notes however Z-100 censors the lyrics of some songs, while Q-102 does not:

Interesting. I would have thought New York would be more "wide open" than Philly. Both stations play the song "I Write Sins, Not Tragedies" by Panic At The Disco, a rock band. The chorus of this song includes the line: "I'd chime in with a 'Haven't you people ever heard of closing the god damn door?!'" When Z100 plays this song, the words "God damn" are censored, while they go out over the air when the song is played on Q102. The word "whore" also goes out in Philadelphia, while it is cut in NYC.
