I visited Philly for the first time last week. Enjoyed the city and scanning the FM dial. I am curious as to why Q102 is possibly the only iHeart CHR that doesn’t play Ryan Seacrest during the week and AT40 on the weekend. I did get to witness your huge antenna farm northwest of town on I-76 headed towards Conshohocken.

There are plenty of iHeart CHR's that do not carry Seacrest's show.

Most syndication clearances are based on television markets. Since iHeart carries both shows on WAEB-FM Allentown, it counts as a Philadelphia clearance. But the daily show also doesn't air in plenty of other markets where iHeart owns CHRs and/or Hot AC's including Austin, Baltimore, Denver, Detroit, Miami, and Seattle.
 
San Francisco, a market of somewhat similar size to Philly doesn’t have their CHR play it too.

CHR Wild 94.9 (KYLD) doesn’t play Ryan Seacrest either, instead that’s played on their Hot AC, Star 101.3 (KIOI) where he used to be a DJ.
 
It doesn't air on Z104 in Baltimore either (but did air on Audacy's Mix 1065 for ages). It does air on iHeart's Hot 995 in DC.

In Tampa AT40 airs on CHR 933 FLZ but the weekday show airs on sister AC Mix 1007. For a time the CHR version of AT40 aired on FLZ and the HAC version of AT40 aired simultaneously on Mix. I believe at one point San Diego aired both versions as well.
