I was driving through the area and was listening to Q104. That woman that does the afternoon show..Tui or something...she sounds real good. Has she been there long?

You mean Jen Toohey. She joined WQAL last year in middays after a few years at CC/WMVX/WGAR/WKDD (including producer for WMVX's Brian & Joe). She moved to afternoons when APD Brian Figula bolted. Looks as if she's staying in that slot.

She's like Barbara Streisand breaking out on her own, though I can't account for her nose. Never met her!
 
A wee bit overrated, in my opinion.

She's pretty strong.
There were those who predicted the station would fall apart
due to Fig's departure. I think they may have traded up in
PM Drive.
