I noticed she hasn't been on I just though maybe it was vacation...

Q has been sounding great lately... I hope they are able to find great candidates for the fills.

It seems Q has been been a spring board for night Talent.
 
It's hard to get the right talents, and to keep talents at Flinn with such low pay.
