Well, I guess since 1040 came back on, someone had to go off to compensate.Well, Q96 isn't OFF, the carrier greets you
as it has since this a.m. The Morena site has audio; apparently the 3.5 mile STL from Jamul to Mother Miguel Mountain
has gone down. This may last many hours, as this half-a-shoestring operation uses an on call engineer, whose day job
is across town @****, sources say. Stand by...
