Q96 vs. 933

No one. A valley looses a local voice. The move in will have a crippled signal. Channel 933, even if it is all voice tracked; will remain the winner.

The C.P. expires Jan.9th,2010. They have applied for an on frequency booster in Santee to flesh out coverage. It is my understanding from what G.M. Tony Driskill posted when the move first became known is that owner Cherry Creek is selling the C.P. with a price tag of around $25 million. Therefore, there will not be a Q96 format in the San Diego market. Mostly likely they discontinued the web site thinking the end is near.
