Word is Flee has left and former Sedano producer Andy King is acting PD. I'm guessing this is until Sedano comes on board to host Irvin show and take over PD role. Also, word is that John Linder has been reduced to part time fill in host and will no longer work as a reporter for the station. Do the Beasley s even care that their flagship sports station's ratings are in the tank, personnel moves are being made that make most scratch their head? Seriously what local management has done to what was once a force in the market is almost unbelievable . How long before Sileo digs his own grave like Sid did?

Flee is not a program director, he should have never been given that job. He was a promotion director and a weekend music DJ fill-in. I heard he couldn't motivate or coach up the on-air talent (Irvin/Torretta/Alzugaray). Not his fault though that Sid Rosenberg self-destructed again and that led to Sileo coming over from Tampa which has been a disaster. Haven't heard anything about Sedano as a PD but Andy King is pretty good.

I told you all this almost a month ago. Lee may not have been the best PD but he was nuetered by Bell and the sales manager so who will ever know. And Sedano as PD? Come on, really? I would love to be in the first meeting he walks in and tells Sileo how to make his show better.

Sedano left 790 for CBS. I predict Sedano will be on the 24-7 CBS sports radio network hosting a show.

As someone who knows a little bit about sales, that won't be the case. As David Eduardo can tell you, QAM's programming may be an issue. But, their billing is not a problem.
Let's see how the programming plays out. They certainly need new blood over there. Sedano will help with that. Don't know if that's enough? But, they have to start somewhere.
