QC TV Schedule Confusion

According to the Quad City Times newspaper, KGCW ("The Quad Cities' CW") is supposed to air Reno 911 at 11pm, while My TV 16 airs repeats of Channel 8's 6pm newscast at 9 and back-to-back Bernie Mac starting at 11pm. But according to titantv.com, Bernie Mac is on at 9pm and again at 11, with Reno 911 to follow at 11:30 on My TV 16....Which begs the following questions:

1. Will there be a news repeat on My TV 16 or not?

2. Which station in the Quad Cities will get to air Reno 911 repeats?
