The Weather Channel has the region by region map and the jazz from Trammell Starks, and the diginet Quest has a bunch of ID's and a episode of Modern Marvels from 2012 about shoes. However, Quest seems to be able to air their usual commercials when their usual slate of shows goes on the fritz.
