Question about Analogue Cable

I know LPTV has to stop broadcasting in analogue in 2015.Do cable companies have a mandatory cut off for analogue cable? I know allot of cable companies are digital only now. sun setting analogue.

Cable companies are obligated to provide an analog feed, or if they covert to digital, provide a box free of charge, until 2012, but there is no federally-mandated cutoff date, or even plans, for cable channels to convert to all-digital.

Here is a link to a page from the Federal Communications Commission with more information concerning analog cable TV service.
