Question about Battery's for Sirius Stiletto 10

A couple of weeks ago i had purchased a Sirius Stiletto 10 portable player and it came with 2 batteries for the player with the power adapter. I had followed the instructions in the manuel on how to recharge the batterys but, when i start using the batterys not even for 20 mins in the player the battery level starts going down and it's like they are really not getting fully charged. If someone knows a solution to this please post it here. Thanks.
