Who's the voice behind their new automation system? I love how well "she" reads the song titles. Is this a Clear Channel trademark? (is 98.7 owned by CC?)

Cat Country 98.7 is Pensacola's ONLY locally owned FM radio station. Cumulus, Clear Channel & Pamal own all the rest.
 
Who's the female voice saying the songs? I love how accurate she is for speech software.
