Just curious. Is Loehmann's the only company that has appeared on the Undercover Boss show the only one to completely go out of business?
I know that Modell's Sporting Goods was on the show and they talked about the issues with the Connecticut stores. They are still having issues with the Connecticut stores. I know the one in Waterbury, Connecticut and Newington, Connecticut both appear on a commercial realty website that shows them looking to sub-lease the stores to different tenants even though the stores are still operating.
Several Checker's have also gone out of business as well including the only one in Connecticut because the franchisee went bankrupt.
At least one Titled Kilt location has closed as well.
