Question about Channel 2 News Weekend edition

Has Tom Reagan left the building? He hasn't anchored the weekend shows in weeks and I haven't seen him doing any on the scene reporting. Is he gone? If so, that's a shame. I really enjoyed his work.

His bio still on appears on WSB-TV's web site:

Whenever WSB-TV gives someone the axe, one of the first things they do is remove the reporter's bio from their web site. I bet he's just enjoying some vacation. Or at least, let's hope that's the case ....

IIRC, Tom was only an interim anchor for the weekend slot when the last guy (can't recall his name) left a couple of years ago. John Bachman is the permanent weekend anchor now.

I believe Tom is still at WSB as a field reporter and fill-in anchor. There may also a private issue involving him or his family that has not been made public.

UPDATE: I just saw Tom Regan on-air promoting a report about a corrupt school official. Looks like he is still there, just doing field reporting.
